HISTORY
HI-TEK was formed, as a result of a need in the security industry. To provide specialized, efficient and customized security service. The organization originated as an internal security division for a large regional construction company, managing over 100 million dollar a year.
These services templates covered a wide range of activities and were custom designed for this particular client to suit both the construction job site security and property needs.
The services ranged from variety of high profile job sites, to onsite residential security. As the needs and demands for the services grew and became more complex, services were revised to accommodate these changes. It was determined that the security be handled as a separate entity. Enabling a sharper focus and dedication to the security management and business.
Upon an analysis of Central and Southern Florida, it was determined that there was a gap in the demand for high quality security and the service being provided. This was a factor in the joint decision to create a separate entity.
The management of Hi-TEK is qualified and experienced in business and security. Each manager has a background in business operations, ownership, management, extensive personnel training, and a military background.
